1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing from or using The Roar, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Roar reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Use of Service
The Roar provides a service that allows customers to purchase and send pre-designed postcards to designated public figures. Customers may not use this service for illegal or unethical purposes, including but not limited to harassment, threats, defamation, or impersonation.

3. No Custom Messaging (At This Time)
All postcards contain messaging pre-approved and created by The Roar. In the future, we may introduce a feature allowing customers to personalize messages, at which time these Terms of Service will be updated accordingly.

4. Harassment & Compliance
The Roar does not tolerate harassment, threats, or incitement of violence. Any attempt to use our service for such purposes may result in order cancellation and a ban from future use.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order is placed. Exceptions may be made for defective products or errors in processing by The Roar.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Roar is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to political, legal, or reputational repercussions for customers. Customers assume full responsibility for their use of our service.

7. Intellectual Property
All postcard designs, artwork, and branding are the intellectual property of The Roar and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
