FAQs

Q: What is the turnaround time for large orders?

Orders that are less than 5,000 postcards typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger orders, please allow an additional 2-4 business days for production and shipping.

Q: What is the design process for custom postcards?

We collaborate with you to bring your vision to life for every custom postcard design. Custom design services cost $199, which includes up to three (3) revisions at no extra charge. Additional revisions are available for $20 each, but our goal is to perfect the design without extra fees!

Q: How long does it take to create a custom design?

Custom designs typically take 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the artwork, the number of revisions, and our current workload.

Q: Can you mail the postcards for us?

Yes! We offer direct mailing services for both small and large postcard batches. Payment for both the postcards and postage is required upfront. Once printing is complete, your postcards will be mailed within two business days.

Q: What sizes and finishes do you offer for bulk orders?

All postcards are 8.5″ x 5.5″ and printed on 14 pt C1S (coated one side) cover stock for a high-quality, durable finish. The uncoated back can be easily written on if you decide to not include a printed message.

Q: Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes! You can request a sample for the price of a single postcard. This allows you to see the print quality before placing a larger order.

Q: Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

Absolutely! Our bulk pricing is already discounted, taking into account that most of our orders come from nonprofits and advocacy groups. Our goal is to make high-impact activism accessible and affordable.

Q: Can I supply my own design, or do I have to use your design services?

Yes! You can submit your own design for bulk orders. Your design must be:

Sized at 8.5″ x 5.5″
Include 1/8″ bleeds (do not include bleed or crop marks)
300 DPI resolution for print clarity
